This is a very quick and short post, basically the post that I sacrificed in the previous newsletter as part of my mini-intention to get the newsletter out and stop procrastinating for perfection.

Untangling: Release your neck and shoulders
Many of us, myself included, spend our whole day hunched over a screen (or phone, or even book), and combined with stress, this can result in the accumulation of tension (which is not only uncomfortable but can lead to headaches). Join me in a 2-hour workshop specifically designed to release the neck and shoulders. We’ll go through a gentle flow, with movements that you can incorporate in your daily life, and then hold some more static yin stretches, all designed to open up our upper body. We’ll close the practice with yoga nidra because what is more relaxing and releasing than that?
MoreYoga Winchmore hill is only a short train ride away from central London ( which goes from Old Street station, Highbury & Islington and Finsbury park)

There’s still time to share your thoughts on what topics we should cover this year. (apologies for the cut-off text, apparently there’s a character limit).
Newsletter news
Last month I shared that I’m looking to change things up a bit:
The main newsletter with the mind–body research highlights and occasional book, article and podcast suggestions is going to stay absolutely free. BUT if you want to support me, now you can with just £1 on Patron.
I’m going to be adding a new section that will take a deep dive into the world of mind–body research, exclusively for subscribers. You’ll also have access to various other goodies like guided meditations, special discounts to workshops etc. You should be able to now adjust your subscription and go paid.
Thank you for your support!
